Poojasri Ganesan
Poojasri holds a Master's degree in Intellectual Property Rights and Technology law from Jindal Global University and has previously worked as a legal counsel for a Fintech start-up. She is well-versed in data privacy, gaming law, corporate structure, and intellectual property disputes. Poojasri has provided expert advice on contractual and IP related law to various film production houses, e-commerce marketplaces, and start-ups. Having keen interest in the Web3 space, she is also currently working on projects that integrate law and Technology .
Abishek Ganesan
Abishek Ganesan graduated from Government Law College, Mumbai and worked with a leading law firm. He practiced before the Bombay High Court, specialising in white-collar criminal defense. His experience includes representing and advising high-profile domestic and international clients including private and public corporations and high-net-worth individuals on sensitive white collar crimes. Abishek has represented clients in proceedings before the trial and appellate courts, as well as before enforcement agencies such as the CBI, ED, SEBI and EOW, in matters involving corruption, money laundering, extortion, extradition, cyber crimes, corporate governance, defamation, et al.
